Your First Class

Preparing for your first class…

  • Arrive 15-30 min before class time starts
  • Bring a yoga mat, towel, water bottle
  • Wear comfortable clothes
  • Drink lots of water
  • Try not to eat at leastย 2 hours before class begins
  • Place your mat in the back of the room
  • No experience necessary, we recommend our Hatha yoga classes for your first and foundational practice
  • Be prepared to be transformed from the inside, out
